A) If you arrive late for a Lesson the Instructor shall only be able to offer you the remaining Lesson time if they commit to another Lesson immediately after, and you will be charged for the full Lesson Cost for the Lesson.

B) If you do not attend a Lesson (No Show) we reserve the right to cancel the Lesson (at the Instructor’s reasonable discretion) and charge the full Lesson Cost for the Lesson.

1. Packages must be paid in full on the first lesson or at the booking time by cash or bank transfer.

2. Packages are not used in conjunction with any other promotion eg. special unless it is stated.

3. Discounts or specials are not available for Gift Vouchers.

4. 7 days a week can be organised for lessons.

5. Gift vouchers must be used within 3 months or less.

6. Any single lessons or packages will not be refundable or transferable unless agreed with Rooz Driving School.

7. First lesson always will be an assessment lesson so the instructor can tell your ability to pass or not.

8. We do not guarantee any test but we guarantee our professionalism and competency in teaching and training students to the extent they feel a 100% passing rate .

9. Must have Victorian Learners Permit or original overseas licence + (translated of the licence) to qualify for any lessons.

10. 24-hour notice must be given to your Instructor directly for any rescheduling or cancellation otherwise a lesson fee will be charged or deducted accordingly.
